Hi, I’m Natasshja, and I’m here to help you get stronger.
I wasn’t always a coach. Growing up in the '90s, I hated PE and believed in the "dieting is normal" mindset. The pressure to fit a certain mold was intense, and balance felt impossible.
That all changed in 2012 when a brain tumor diagnosis completely shifted my perspective. It was a catalyst that led me to embrace the person I wanted to be—someone who lifts heavy, prioritiSes nutrition, and helps others achieve their goals, no matter what obstacles they face.
I discovered powerlifting, earned my Master's in Sports Nutrition, and became a certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach. For the last 12 years, my focus has been on helping "everyday athletes" build a foundation of strength. I work with clients not just on what they eat or how they train, but on the behavioural and emotional side of nutrition and fitness, empowering them to become stronger and more capable for life.

Nutrition is deeply personal and goes far beyond what you eat and how you eat it. It's interconnected with many aspects of our lives, each influencing the other. To truly understand your nutritional needs, we must consider the bigger picture—your lifestyle, habits, and overall well-being. By taking this comprehensive approach, we can gain a clearer understanding of where you are now and how to move forward on your journey.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to make informed choices that fit your lifestyle and personal preferences. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s not only effective but also deeply aligned with your values and goals.
